Please note that guests must be at least 25 years old in order to book, and the person who made the reservation must be present throughout the entire stay. Government IDs must be provided upon request to Airbnb and/or the host. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good condition, and only use appliances for their intended purposes. Moving furniture or taking indoor furniture outdoors is not permitted. Families with children are welcome, with the understanding that guests are responsible for ensuring the necessary safety measures for their children (such as baby proofing). Additionally, children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult. The use of internet is subject to the terms and conditions set by our internet provider. Please note that Wi-Fi outages are beyond our control and we are unable to assume responsibility for them. Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm to 9am, to ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all guests and neighbors. Smoking, including vaping and the use of e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited for the comfort and well-being of all guests. Your cleaning fee covers regular cleaning tasks, which typically takes 3 hours. However, if excessive cleaning is required, an additional fee of $100 per hour will apply. Only individuals within the guest party are permitted to stay overnight on the property. Any other person present on the premises is the sole responsibility of the guest. Hosting events on the property requires prior approval. Airbnb prohibits parties. Commercial filming requires prior approval and proof of insurance. We cannot be held liable for accidents, illnesses, injuries, or the loss of personal belongings/valuables that may occur during your stay. The condo has a bunk bed, so please use at your own risk. Please be aware that there is Coastal Green Air system installed in the condo which includes two motion sensors. These sensors record motion only and do not detect or store any images or sounds. To protect your trip, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Please note that refunds outside of our stated refund policy cannot be provided. However, we are more than happy to assist you in providing any necessary documentation to your travel insurance provider. Please be aware that there is no landline telephone provided in the condo. No guest pets are allowed on the property. As this condo is self-catered, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. If you need to wash the bath towels or other provided linens, please do so separately from your personal items.
